What I Ate

On the 48 State Motorcycle Trip, I mainly ate 1 thing:

Mountain Dew


But also, to be serious, when I was on the “Iron Butt” portion of the ride where I needed to get serious miles in, I didn’t eat regular food.  I didn’t want to have any digestive issues or sluggishness, so instead of eating food, I ate the “goo” packets that marathoners use for calories.  I wouldn’t suggest doing this for days at a time, but for 24 hours my diet consisted of water, Mountain Dew, and the goo packets (some with caffeine, others without, depending on how I was feeling).
